Pioneer do not agree with the typical approach adopted by many IT support companies. It is very much the norm to pay high fees up front to cover you for all eventualities.

All our support contracts are offered on a retainer basis. This means you pay a small service retainer fee based on the level of cover you require. This guarantees our service response within contracted times. Time on site is then charged as and when we are called out, and major works are quoted for and agreed before work commences.

We believe this is a far fairer system than charging you a large lump sum up front for pre paid support time that you will hopefully not require and may never use.
